Some people simply are not fans of Valentine’s Day. Anthony Youn, M.D., addresses this on CNN’s The Chart, in the article “How to Prevent the Valentine’s Day Blues”. Dr. Youn offers great advice to get through the day if you are one of the many who feels a bit depressed today, or just dislikes this day of flowers, candy and hearts.
And speaking of hearts, here is some news concerning the heart that everyone may be happy about. Also reported on CNN’s The Chart, new research shows that a Patient’s Own Stem Cells Help Heal Heart, according to a recent study.
