It appears that approximately 80% of adults suffer from, or will experience lower back pain, according to a story from Health.com and featured on CNN Health. With so many people feeling the pain, sufferers should consider yoga and stretching for relief. According to a new study which appears in the Archives of Internal Medicine, researchers found that yoga provided slightly better relief over strength training, aerobics and stretching, to those with an aching back.
