It appears that approximately 80% of adults suffer from, or will experience lower back pain, according to a story from Health.com and featured on CNN Health.  With so many people feeling the pain, sufferers should consider yoga and stretching for relief.  According to a new study which appears in the Archives of Internal Medicine, researchers found that yoga provided slightly better relief over strength training, aerobics and stretching, to those with an aching back.  The researchers feel that the mediation in the yoga may be the key thing for the better results.  Read more about these results in the article, Yoga, Stretching May Ease Chronic Back Pain.
